1. Acceptance of terms

Continued use of the Site after the publication of modifications constitutes tacit acceptance of such changes.

Xylenvomx provides professional financial advisory services, economic education, and management of access to government support programs directed at Mexican citizens. Specific services include: personalized financial consultations with certified advisors; guidance on current federal and state support programs; in-person and digital financial education workshops; credit evaluation and guidance for obtaining favorable loan conditions. The information provided through the Site is of a general informative and guiding nature. It does not constitute binding financial, tax, or legal advice, nor does it replace personalized consultation with authorized professionals for specific cases requiring individual analysis.
3. Eligibility
To use the services offered by Xylenvomx, you declare and warrant that: you are at least 18 years of age or have the verifiable consent of your parent or legal guardian; the personal and financial information you provide through the Site and during consultations is truthful, complete, and up-to-date; you will use the services exclusively in accordance with applicable Mexican legislation and these Terms and Conditions. Xylenvomx reserves the right to verify information provided by users and to permanently suspend or cancel access to services upon detecting false or incomplete information or misuse of the platform.
4. User obligations
By using the Site and Xylenvomx services, you expressly agree to: provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information in all forms and communications; not use the Site or services for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes; not attempt to access restricted areas of the Site or Xylenvomx's computer systems without authorization; not reproduce, duplicate, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit Site content without prior written authorization; respect the intellectual property rights of Xylenvomx and third parties whose content appears on the Site; not disseminate false or misleading information about Xylenvomx services.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to texts, graphic designs, logos, icons, images, data compilations, source code, and software, is the exclusive property of Xylenvomx, S.A. de C.V. or its respective content providers and is protected by Mexican and international intellectual property laws, including the Federal Copyright Law and the Industrial Property Law. The wordmark and figurative mark "Xylenvomx", its logo, and associated graphic elements are distinctive signs registered with the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property (IMPI). Their unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of liability
Xylenvomx makes reasonable efforts to keep the information on the Site updated, accurate, and complete. However, it does not provide any warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, suitability, or timeliness of all published information. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Mexican law, Xylenvomx shall not be liable for: indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Site; financial losses resulting from decisions made based solely on general information provided on the Site; temporary or permanent service interruptions due to technical, maintenance, or force majeure causes; content or services of third-party websites accessible through links from the Site.
7. Government support programs
The availability, requirements, amounts, and conditions of government support programs referenced on the Site are determined by the corresponding federal, state, and municipal authorities and may change without prior notice. Xylenvomx acts exclusively as an informational intermediary and facilitator in the process of accessing such programs. Xylenvomx is not responsible for modifications, suspensions, or cancellations of government programs, nor can it guarantee the approval of support applications, as the final decision lies with the competent authority.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions, as well as any legal relationship arising from the use of the Site and Xylenvomx services, are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the federal laws of the United Mexican States. For the interpretation, compliance, and enforcement of these Terms, the parties freely and voluntarily submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of their present or future domicile, or for any other cause.
9. Dispute resolution
In the event of any controversy or disagreement arising from these Terms and Conditions or the use of services, the parties commit to attempting to resolve it in good faith through direct negotiation within 30 calendar days from written notification of the dispute. If no satisfactory agreement is reached within said period, either party may submit the dispute to: the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (PROFECO) for conciliation proceedings; or, as applicable, to the competent civil courts of Mexico City.
10. Modifications
Xylenvomx reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Modifications shall take effect from the moment of their publication on the Site, with the date of last update indicated at the top of this document. It is the exclusive responsibility of the user to periodically review these Terms. Continued use of the Site and services after the publication of any changes constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the modifications made.
